What we do as a school

As a school, we believe it is important to support our local community. Here are some of the projects we have undertaken this school year.

Remembrance Day

Our faith team, accompanied by our head boy and girl, joined together with many Merton schools at the Mitcham War Memorial this morning. They paid their respects during a wonderful service, remembering all those who fought and died for our freedom. Together, they laid a wreath in honour of the occasion.

Additionally, we raised money for the Royal British Legion by selling poppies at our school.

Harvest Mass

We celebrated our Harvest mass by welcoming Father Stephen, our year 4 readers and the faith team who assisted with the mass. Thank you everyone for your continued donations as we continue to support our community.

Macmillan Coffee Mornings

Thank you to all our families who joined our coffee morning and after school cake sale. You helped us raise £147 for MacMillan Cancer Support. Thank you for your time and support. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more coffee mornings.

Lenten project

An amazing £461.20 was raised in total for our Lent project, The Catholic Children’s Society. Lots of children will now be supported in our local area. Great job everyone!

A very successful Book and Baked Goods sale was run by KS1 and 2 as part of their Lenten Fundraising Project. Thank you to all who bought books and cakes to support our chosen charity: The Catholic Children’s Society.
