Year Six become World War Experts - posted 12th Oct
Today Year 6 went on a trip to the Imperial War Museum to learn more about the history of WW1 and WW2. They saw real planes, tanks and machinery that were used during both wars and got to experience what it was like for the soldiers in the trenches. They are certainly experts on WW1 now!
Year Five and Six Pupils Write for the Guardian Newspaper - posted 2nd Oct
On Monday a group of Year Five and Six children visited the Education Department of the Guardian at Kings Cross to learn about writing newspaper articles. They interviewed a member of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and then worked in pairs to make their own front page. They had to work to a tight deadline, but they did an amazing job!
Year Six Explore Light - posted 25th Sep
Today Year 6 had a workshop about the wonders of Light. Using special glasses, they were able to see how white light is actually made up of all the colours of the rainbow, and learned that light travels in waves. They also learned about Ultra Violet light and how it is used for security on bank notes and they created their own Ultra Violet bracelets!
Our Footbal Teams are... - posted 21st Sep
Last week Mr Genuardi held football trials for this years football teams. He had an excellent turnout and all of the children did their best to show their true potential. Below are the children who made it through to the team. We look forward to cheering them on as they represent SS Peter and Paul Primary school at the various borough events throughout the year!

Picnic & Praise - posted 16th Jul
The year 5 & 6 Prayer Leaders spent a very spiritual and prayerful day at St Philomena's school in Carshalton as part of the Picnic and Praise event run by our Diocese. They were able to explore the grounds of the school with CAFOD representatives and learn about the lives of children who are refugees. They were also able to enjoy a reflective Mass with many other children from Catholics schools in the Diocese.
